For Airbnb, short-term rental and second-home owners. With your authorization we collect packages from the post office or parcel locker, bring them to your property, place them in an agreed main-floor drop zone and send you a concise photo report. This is a concierge run — not a moving company.

Pricing
Typical time: Standard runs are capped at 60 minutes; volume runs at 90 minutes.

Every Signature Service is custom quoted. Tell us what you need and we'll prepare a personalized quote for your approval, based on location, complexity, supplies, travel and scope. Nothing here is a booking or a binding offer.
Add-ons & extra scope
Run times include pickup, driving, drop-off and photos on a local, pre-approved route. Extra travel or outlying areas, large or heavy packages, 13+ items or large delivery projects receive a custom quote. Optional multi-room staging, unpacking or organization is a separately approved quote with a set time and scope cap, including any crew or third-party costs — never an unlimited flat fee.
Good to know
- You authorize post-office or PO Box collection and provide property access in advance.
- Property and package eligibility are confirmed ahead of time. Timing depends on carriers and mountain weather.
- A signed owner agreement and insurance review are required before any work is accepted. Not all goods are insured.
- Label photos and tracking numbers are shared only with you, never publicly.
Questions
Will you carry packages upstairs or unpack them?
Not in the standard run. Packages go to the agreed main-floor drop zone. Staging or unpacking can be quoted separately.
Are my packages insured?
Not automatically. Coverage is reviewed with you before work is accepted, and high-value items need written acceptance.
Can I add more work?
Yes. Additional time or tasks can be added once the owner has reviewed and approved the new scope and price in writing. Nothing extra is started or billed without your approval.
