Cozy Peaks Cleaning is based in Fairplay, Colorado and cares for homes, cabins, and short-term rentals across the surrounding mountain communities. We're local — not a franchise, not a national booking app. When you call, you reach the people who clean your home.

Mountain homes have their own demands: wood stoves and ash, altitude dust, mud and snowmelt at the door, guests arriving the same afternoon someone else left. We plan our work around those realities instead of a one-size-fits-all script.

How we work

Every home is quoted custom, and a short walk-through may be required so the price reflects the actual space rather than a guess. We bring our own supplies and equipment, work around pets, and follow whatever house rules you set.

Cozy Peaks Cleaning is owner-operated and built around something simple: homes should be cleaned with the same level of care and attention I would expect in my own.

I’ve spent years working hands-on in cleaning and housekeeping, and that experience taught me that good cleaning is about more than checking items off a list. It’s consistency, noticing the little things, communicating clearly, and knowing that someone is trusting you with their home or property.

I’m still personally involved in the day-to-day work at Cozy Peaks, which means the standards behind the company come directly from the way I clean and care for my own clients.

How Cozy Peaks Started

Cozy Peaks Cleaning began in 2026 when Veronica decided to take her cleaning experience and build something of her own.

What started with independently caring for local homes and short-term rentals has grown through repeat clients, referrals, and relationships with property owners throughout the Fairplay area.

Cozy Peaks was created to provide cleaning that feels dependable and personal while still operating professionally. As the company grows, the goal is to preserve the same attention to detail and consistent standards that the business was built on from the beginning.
