What's included in a standard clean?

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen wipe-down, appliance exteriors, bathroom sanitizing, mirrors, trash removal, and bed-making on request.

Do I need to provide supplies?

No. We bring our own products and equipment. If you'd rather we use something you already have, just tell us.

What about pets?

We love pets. Give us a heads-up so we can work safely around them and keep gates and doors secured.

How does travel outside Fairplay work?

Fairplay is our home base and we regularly serve the surrounding Park County communities. We may also travel farther for the right property or project. Send us your address and we'll confirm coverage with your estimate.

Do I have to start with a deep clean?

Yes. A deep clean is required before recurring residential or short-term-rental service begins so we start from a known baseline, and another deep clean is required at least every six months.

How is pricing decided?

Every home is different, so every job is quoted custom. For residential work a short walk-through may be required so we can give you the best price.

How does the 24-hour satisfaction promise work?

If something from your scheduled cleaning was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you to make it right.
