When does a referral qualify?
New recurring residential or Airbnb / STR clients: 2 completed, paid cleanings. Deep cleaning, move-in/out or a major one-time project: one completed, paid invoice of at least $500.
Can I redeem immediately after submitting?
No. The owner must confirm new-customer eligibility, completed service and paid billing, then approve qualification. Redemption is a separate owner-approved step.
Each milestone earns a separate single-use reward, not a combined discount. One reward per eligible standard clean; no stacking, cash value, or automatic booking. Owner approval and completed, paid business are required. Submission alone earns nothing. Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicates, canceled/unpaid work and small one-off jobs do not qualify. Rewards repeat through the current milestone cycle; earned reward terms stay unchanged when settings change. Availability and owner-confirmed scope apply. No automatic accounting or payment changes.
