Maintenance Cleaning

Maintenance cleaning is our standard recurring residential service, available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. It is routine upkeep — it keeps a home consistently clean and comfortable between visits. It is not a deep clean, and it is not intended to correct buildup or neglected detail areas.

What maintenance cleaning includes

• Kitchen surfaces cleaned and wiped
• Exterior of appliances cleaned
• Sinks and fixtures cleaned
• Bathroom surfaces, toilets, tubs and showers, mirrors, and fixtures cleaned
• General dusting of normally reachable surfaces
• Furniture surfaces dusted or wiped where accessible
• Floors vacuumed and/or swept and mopped
• Trash removed and liners replaced when provided
• Beds straightened or made when requested and linens are available
• General tidying of the spaces we clean

What maintenance cleaning does not automatically include

• Moving furniture
• Heavy buildup removal
• Elevated or detail dusting that is not normally reachable
• Inside appliances
• Inside cabinets
• Detailed baseboard restoration
• Other deep-cleaning tasks

Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service all use the same general maintenance-cleaning standard. Price and time may vary based on frequency, home size, condition, pets, and your specific cleaning needs.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is a more intensive, top-to-bottom service intended for buildup, neglected detail areas, seasonal resets, and establishing the baseline before a home moves onto a recurring maintenance-cleaning plan. Recurring homes receive another deep clean at least every six months.

• Baseboards, trim, doors, and door frames given detailed attention
• Detailed fixture, vent, and switch-plate cleaning
• Buildup removal in kitchens and bathrooms
• Detailed kitchen work including appliance exteriors and backsplashes
• Detailed bathroom work: grout lines, tubs, showers, and toilets
• Commonly overlooked detail areas agreed on in your estimate

Furniture moving and elevated work are not promised as part of a deep clean; they are only performed when specifically approved and safely accessible. Intensive detail work — inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, detailed blinds, high dusting, and buildup removal — is never part of routine maintenance cleaning, though individual items can be selected as add-ons between scheduled deep cleans.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

This service is intended for an empty or mostly empty property and focuses on preparing the home for the next occupant — whether that's a closing, a lease end, or your own move-in day.

• Detailed kitchen cleaning, including counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors
• Detailed bathroom cleaning: tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures
• Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped throughout
• Baseboards and reachable surfaces wiped
